How do I enrol online?
It’s easy! Just navigate to the page with the online or tutored course you would like to do, select the “Purchase Course” option. This will bring you through to the secure payment page where you can make a payment on card or PayPal. After payment, you will receive an automated email confirming your purchase and your login details for the portal will typically get sent to you within 24 hours during office hours and up to 48 hours on weekends.

How do I login for the first time?
Your User ID and Password will be sent to you by e-mail if you have registered for Online Courses. If you registered for Tutored Courses, a member of our team will be in touch regarding the start date of the course and provide you with more relevant information regarding the course.

What if I need to speak to someone about enrollment?
Phone our help lines open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (closed Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) and a member of staff will answer your questions.

Are my details kept private?
Yes, we never sell or share any information to third parties.

Is it safe to pay by credit/debit card on the internet?
Precautions should always be taken when paying online. Make sure you have sufficient protection on your computer such as a firewall or one of the various security programs.

Which credit/debit cards can I use for payment?
We accept Credit and Debit cards but do not currently take Amex. If you feel safer using PayPal then we fully cater to that, Alternatively, you can use Stripe.

Where are we located?
This venue is easily accessible from Barking Overground and Underground Station. It is served by c2c, Hammersmith & City and District lines. Leave Barking station and go down Station Parade. Cross over into East Street, the venue will be on your left, The GYM is on the corner and the entrance to Atom Training Centre is on the side of the building.

Is there any parking facilities available/do we have pay?
Unfortunately we do not have any public parking facilities available. However there are various places in the area to park.

Why do you need to know my date of birth?
If you wish to order training which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you may be asked when registering on the website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to attend the course. Candidates on age restricted courses may also be required to produce proof of age.

My payment did not go through. Why did this happen?
We apologize for this inconvenience. It can happen for a variety reasons and we encourage you to reach out to your financial institution as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. You are also welcome to write to on [email protected] for further guidance.

Can I take more than one course at a time?
We love your enthusiasm and recommend that you start by taking one course to see if online learning is for you. As our courses are offered frequently, many students will come back for a later session and take two courses to continue their studies with us.

Is there a certificate available for my course?
Individual instructors or sponsoring institutions may offer a certificate of participation or completion. The instructor or sponsoring institution is responsible for issuing certificates. Atom Training does not issue certificates. Please read the course details to find out if a certificate is offered, or contact us to inquire about certificates.

Are there language requirements?
You are not required to supply a language certificate but you must be aware that all courses are conducted in English and a good working knowledge of the language is recommended. All of our online narrated lectures include subtitles to aide in comprehension.

What about the technology? What do I need? And who can I contact for support?
To make sure your first day of online learning is a success, we require an up-to-date Web browser such as: Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari. You will want to check your browser preferences to make sure they allow Cookies, JavaScript and Style Sheets. Often these are already enabled by default on most browsers.

Don’t forget to update to the current versions of common browser plug-ins including Adobe Acrobat Reader, QuickTime and Flash. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe Acrobat Reader download site.

<h3>Online Courses</h3>
I have just enrolled, what happens next?
You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours (during office working hours) containing your login information to our secure e-Learning portal. Please allow longer times for Friday and Saturday evening purchases as all learner profiles are created during normal opening office times.

How do I access the e-Learning Portal?
Once you receive your login details confirmation email just click through the link provided and you should be presented with our online login portal. Simply sign in and follow the steps and after you complete your course 100% then the option to take the test will be available. Once you finish this and pass, you will be able to print off your certificate. If you do not pass the first time, then we can offer a free re-sit for you. This way you can identify any gaps in knowledge.

I have not received an e-mail with login information?
If you have not received your login details and have checked your junk folder in your email then please give us a call or email us on [email protected]

What confirmation do I get once I’ve enrolled online?
You will receive an email receipt of payment for both online and classroom based courses. If you have paid for an online course then you may have to wait anywhere up to 24 hours for your login for our learning portal (during office hours).
I’ve registered for online enrolment previously, but have forgotten my password. Can I have a password reminder?
Absolutely, just call or send us a quick email and we can reset your password for you any-time during opening office hours.

Is it possible to cancel my enrolment and receive a refund on Online Classes?
We are unable to provide refunds on Online Courses once payment has been made, although you might be eligible for a refund if you have not received your credentials to the eLearning access.

<h3>Tutored Courses</h3>
Is it possible to cancel my enrolment and receive a refund on Tutored Classes?
In section 7.3 in our terms of use it states:

For Tutored courses, anything over 14 days’ cancellation notice: Full refund
7-13 days’ cancellation notice: 50% refund
Less than 7 days cancellation notice: No refund unless in exceptional circumstances, for which a medical certificate may be requested.

Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named no less than 2 working days before the course. There will be no extra surcharge for making a substitution.
