If you have been offered the opportunity to take the drink drive rehabilitation course by the sentencing court and you accept, you must notify the court that you intend to attend our drink drive course and the sentencing court will notify us by means of a course referral order.
After you have notified the court that you intend attend our drink drive course, then, you can book this course.
Do not book a course which finishes after the completion date set by the court. If you do, such bookings will be rejected. If you are currently with another training provider, please ask them to transfer your ‘referral order’ to us before you book.
This course is a 3 Days Course – Same Day Each Week for 3 Weeks and please check your availability before you book the course.

Less likely to re-offend after a drink driving course
Following the nationwide expansion of the Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme in January 2000 the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) was commissioned by DfT to monitor the operation of the drink drive rehabilitation course and to evaluate its effectiveness and the courses provided by each individual organization. The research found that there was a marked benefit to all offenders undertaking a drink driving rehabilitation course. The TRL report also demonstrated that offenders who had not attended a drink driving course were more likely to re-offend.
The drink driving course is not further punishment
The aim of the drink drive course is for you to leave with enough knowledge. It will allow you to confidently and honestly judge your alcohol consumption and ability to drive safely. The aim is to work together through various modules. This modules will engage you in discussions about the excuses and myths of drinking safely. It will also give you the opportunity to work on a cycle of change which will benefit you exponentially. We provide all the paperwork which you can take with you filled with information.
No tests for the drink drive rehabilitation course!
No need for examinations, the only thing we ask is to participate to the best of your ability, make a positive contribution and be positive. You are welcome to take notes, although not a requirement, and you will be provided with a comprehensive course booklet.
Our drink drive course consists of discussions, group exercises, games, quizzes and questionnaire.
Our venue for the drink driving rehabilitation course
We pride ourselves on having a relaxed, safe and stress-free venue to ensure that your attendance is in an enjoyable learning environment. Our building is within easy walking distance of rail station and bus routes.
We have chosen venues that provide ease of access e.g. wheelchairs etc. During the drink driving course, there will be refreshment breaks and we will make available tea, coffee and drinking water.
Guaranteed weekend courses
Sessions are available over three consecutive weeks on the same day (a total of 16 hours), with additional lunch breaks. Our drink drive course run occasionally on Saturdays or Sundays. This will not to interfere with your working week and week day courses are still available.

All of our drink driving course training team hold teaching qualifications and a qualification in substance misuse as a bare minimum. All have vast experience in coaching experienced drivers and delivering behavioural change programmes.
How to book a drink driving rehabilitation course
If the Court refers you for a drink driving rehabilitation course, we will contact you as soon as we receive your details to make arrangements for you to attend the drink drive rehabilitation course. Occasionally, we do not receive your details from the Court, so if you have not heard from us within 14 days of your court case, you should contact us immediately.
It is important that you do not leave the booking of the drink drive course until the last moment.
The rules and guidelines governing the drink drive rehabilitation Scheme are controlled by a drink drive legislation. This means BY LAW we are not allowed to train you beyond your completion date and there are NO exceptions to this drink drive LAW.
